BEWARE!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Nice looking building but it is hot in summer and cold in winter. You are promised air conditioning but it was reguarly in the 80's. Would not clear snow or ice during the winter and manager would forget when you asked him to fix something. Owner who lives in boulder will toss you if you complaing too much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
