Brownstone was OK property management company until I put in my 30 days notice. Once it came time for me to move out, I had until 5pm the last day to be done. I have lived here for a year and I will not be staying here another year. This is why I would not recommend this place. The parking is awful. When I moved in there were literally fingernail clippings in drawers. Nothing was cleaned.
