I have lived here for a year and I will not be staying here another year. This is why I would not recommend this place. The parking is awful. When I moved in there were literally fingernail clippings in drawers. Nothing was cleaned. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the apartment for years and their attempt to paint didn't cover the odor. There are lots of bad reviews about this ...Full review of The Parc at Cherry Creek

The Breakers Review: Good/Bad/Realistic Bottom Line Up Front: The Breakers is an alright gated community (let s say, 2 out of 5 star material), not worth the price for most but perhaps cost-effective for those who commonly use the amenities offered. Not very pet-friendly, and not for younger crowds anymore. It s turning into more of a retirement community/family community. Avoid ...Full review of The Breakers Resort

I was doing some research for Denver apartment buildings as I will be moving in March, and found that there is a resident listed on the Denver Post sex offender website. I am aware that the application process requires a credit and criminal background check, what are you\'re standards for the criminal background check? ...Full review of The Apartments at Denver Place

Bed bugs are abundant throughout this building. I was forced to move and know of many others who moved. Moving is not cheap - I spent a couple of thousand dollars moving including having to buy a new bed, vacuum, couch and huge dry cleaning bill. The bed bug problems is in the chimneys and in every unit. Maintenance is horrible. I had a broken window for 4 years - I would write a ...Full review of Lloyd's Apartments
