Really liked this place. Neighbors were so quiet, I could never hear them. Ever. Does get a bit too warm in summer, but winter really makes the free heat worthwhile. If nothing else, it's a cozy spot, the rent is quite affordable, and the staff is wonderful. My broker Jennifer even let me pay my rent almost a month late during my honeymoon! Now those are the type of people I need to work with. Greg, the maintenance guru, is also a wonder to have around, and everything that breaks around here (which isn't much), he repairs with a customary aplomb.

Due to life moving on, I'll be moving from here, at least having enjoyed my stay.

Pros: I moved in here as a single "dude," and the low rates, relative peace and quiet, proximity to downtown Denver, free water/heat/garbage, accommodating staff and maintenance, and great local area all really made my stay here much better.

Cons: Just the nitpicky things. Some of the appliance lightbulbs didn't work upon my move in, and the paint's a bit chippy in places. Aesthetic bothers aside (of which there are really little), the only real gripe is the street parking. I even work at home, and sometimes I keep my car in pole position, just to enjoy having a decent spot. $10 gets you an assigned spot, but I'm cheap, and as a result, I've had to get much, much better at parallel parking between more than a few people who can't judge distance.
