My boyfriend lives in the Blake street apartments, he is currently buying out his lease because this place is so awful they have ZERO regard for anyone but themselves. The property manager -------- is by far one of the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. She has made accusations towards him of "trying to get away with something" called him weird because he asked how ...Full review of Blake Street Apartments

Lived in Shambhala for three years. In that time it's become too expensive for the size so I moved out. Never had a problem with maintenance or my neighbors for that matter. The main office however is completely unhelpful. Expect to walk in and stand there awkwardly until some feels like helping you. He shows up learing all of the time and pays attention to people's schedules so he can "just happen" to be around in the hallways. He has no regard for your privacy and he ...Full review of La Scala Apartments

I wish I had something positive to say about the living experience, and if I had to draw up one point of positivity, it would be the location. Access to Four Mile Historic Park and the Cherry Creek Trail was wonderful to have, as were the amenities nearby. But that is about it. I know that living in low income ...Full review of Forest Manor Apartments

I lived in an apartment here for over 10 years. Yes, it was too long. And yes, I wanted to leave. I wanted to move on, and the neighborhood is noisy, with too many people who just don't care much noise they make. But I wanted to leave on my own terms, and I was planning on taking another 6 to 12 months to do it, so I could gradually prepare and get rid of things I ...Full review of Skier's Inn Apartments
