      Very commutable to shopping. very clean and updated apartment. So far I would definitely recommend Red Peak as a trustworthy agency to live with. Amenities are beautiful and all neighbors very respectful.

              I like living here. Quiet neighborhood. The pool is usually operable. The roof top deck is nice. Too many children and barking dogs though. Laundry rooms are clean and so is the gym. Ample street parking.

                  My move was made incredibly easy by the staff. They were very informative and promptly answered any questions I had. They actually care about the residents/potential residents. The attitude they exude on a daily basis is seemingly hard to find nowadays.

                        My experience has been pretty good so far. A few things in the apartment were dirty or damaged but nothing that could not be cleaned up. Very proactive with helping fix things or answering questions about anything I needed attended to immediately.

                          The community is great and a great staff. It's wonderful that there is on site maintenance. The amenities are great and can not wait for the pool to open up. There is also a Trader Joe's with in walking distance along with plenty of restaurants.

                            Good so far. Move here recently and so far very satisfied. Nice mix of old and young community members. Feel very safe in the area. Great price for apartment. Would recommend to a friend for sure. Both clean and quiet. Really like the neighborhood

                                The apartments and the community are attractively outfitted with mostly Ikea appliances and fixtures. The staff are great but some residents continue to smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) despite warnings from the staff. Pool gets loud.

With summer around the corner, and warmer weather, it is bringing more people out and about to enjoy it. 805 Dahlia is located right next to the pool, and we do know that sounds and smells can be carried upwards. We will be monitoring the pool closely to make sure that we have a comfortable living environment for all of our residents. We do allow cigarettes to be smoked in certain areas of the pool, however Marijuana smoke is not tolerable.
