i've lived here for about a year and a half. it's been just OK, nothing special. i wouldn't recommend to my friends. it's on a very load street corner that gets a lot of bus and fire-engine noise. if you live on the north side of the building, right on 1st st, you get nightly fire trucks just a story below you window.

after being a picture perfect renter, the manager was not at all flexible and would not flex the 30 day notice, not even by just a day. which meant that i had to find storage for my things for 1 day while my new place opened up. i'm very glad to have left this noisy building.

oh yeah, and it was robbed this summer, all the extra apartment keys were kept in a known location, which was broken into and a number of apartments/storage units where fleeced.
