Cierra Crest

4500 S Monaco St, Denver, CO 80237

06/13/14 by Sheena S: I have lived at Cierra Crest for nearly 7 years. The staff is wonderful; very friendly and professional. The pool area is AWESOME and comes complete with a nice, big grill. I have never noticed the pools or hot tub to be dirty, as one reviewer mentioned. Also, there have been some reported break-ins in the past couple of years but management immediately notifies all residents of these occurrences. more

Albion Court Apartments

1175 Albion St, Denver, CO 80220

04/06/14 by simpletenant: No different than any other large apartment community. I moved into this place with a very good attitude, but that changed on the day I signed my lease agreement. First of all, the manager lady quoted me one rental rate and even wrote it on the apartment brochure on the units that I was interested in - the brochure has the floor plans and a place to write in the rental amount - she wrote more

8405 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231

07/19/14 by Sidney maned: I lived at the Lodge in 1975 AND 1983 , In 1983 it was a slum back then Sorry for all the decent people if there are any decent people that are left Get some protection more

Hawthorne Hills Apartments

11801 York St, Denver, CO 80233

08/26/14 by anonymous: Hello, I have lived at Hawthorn Hill for about a year now. When I moved in there were a few things wrong with my apartment, I reported the problem and they were quickly taken care of. They upgraded my floor put in a new cabinet, whatever I needed. I feel that my concerns were taking seriously and that the properly staff bent over backwards for me. Trish, Amanda and Rainy have been nothing but more

Hunters Run

7777 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80231

06/03/14 by bazinga83: This place is a hole. You can't find a cheaper three bedroom around and they know it. Parking is ridiculous. I own a midsize car and if I park between two cars (if I can even find a spot!) I can't fit out of the door. I submitted maintenance requests MULTIPLE times and never got anybody to come out. Things like broken closet doors, needing a weather strip, leaking shower door, etc. I more

Pinnacle Apartment Homes (formely Camden Pinnacle)

1420 West 116th Avenue, Denver, CO 80234

04/18/14 by exemployeeofcapital: just the latest, this place is something else, looks like a junkyard around the dumpsters, the pile keeps getting bigger. check out the mail area when you visit . They are putting up isolated areas of new siding, (hopefully they will do all the building instead of an end, the siding doesn't even match the old siding(different widths) what a brilliant idea. Management more

Stone Mountain Apartments

11625 Community Center Drive, Denver, CO 80233

05/20/14 by shanesmb: After 3 years of being a tenant at Stone Mountain, and never once missing a rent payment or complaining about anything, my experience upon moving out was HORRIBLE!! I got charged for everything and anything under the sun, the only thing they left off was 'the privilege to breath our air fee'.... Of course I never knew about the final bill until a collection agency sent me a bill and more

Santana Ridge Apartments

1355 S Galena Street, Denver, CO 80247

08/12/14 by anonymous: I do not recommend this place, so expensive, so old. And when you'll move out they will charge you for the minimum thing you left in the apartment. Noisy all the time, lot of kids running and yelling, constantly fights in an apartment building, a couple months ago there was shooting in front of dogs park, I saw when my neighboor found his truck whitout tires, somebody took it for the more

The Inn at Auraria

1051 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202

08/12/14 by Verified Resident: I regret releasing for the next year. With increasing prices many people I know were pressured into renewing, most of us regret it. Although it was nice at first because of the location it soon wears off. Although it is secure, security is often times extremely rude even when you are just walking through the lobby after getting off of work. Maintence orders will not be fulfilled. more

Spyglass Hill

7100 East Mississippi Avenue, Denver, CO 80224

07/16/14 by cbilligmier: This place was awesome for the most part. Never had any problems with bugs or noise like other people have stated. It IS noisy in the hallways, but once you're in your place, it's not bad at all. I did have a couple mouses come in under my front door in the winter, but that can happen anywhere, doesn't mean there is a "rodent problem." I got them out by myself, didn't more
