Cierra Crest

4500 S Monaco St, Denver, CO 80237

06/13/14 by Sheena S: I have lived at Cierra Crest for nearly 7 years. The staff is wonderful; very friendly and professional. The pool area is AWESOME and comes complete with a nice, big grill. I have never noticed the pools or hot tub to be dirty, as one reviewer mentioned. Also, there have been some reported break-ins in the past couple of years but management immediately notifies all residents of these occurrences. more

Hawthorne Hills Apartments

11801 York St, Denver, CO 80233

08/26/14 by anonymous: Hello, I have lived at Hawthorn Hill for about a year now. When I moved in there were a few things wrong with my apartment, I reported the problem and they were quickly taken care of. They upgraded my floor put in a new cabinet, whatever I needed. I feel that my concerns were taking seriously and that the properly staff bent over backwards for me. Trish, Amanda and Rainy have been nothing but more

Hunters Run

7777 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80231

06/03/14 by bazinga83: This place is a hole. You can't find a cheaper three bedroom around and they know it. Parking is ridiculous. I own a midsize car and if I park between two cars (if I can even find a spot!) I can't fit out of the door. I submitted maintenance requests MULTIPLE times and never got anybody to come out. Things like broken closet doors, needing a weather strip, leaking shower door, etc. I more

Hampden Heights (formerly Lodge)

8405 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231

09/09/14 by anonymous: I don't recommend living here.. the sidewalks are terrible. They're cracked and when it rains, they're just filled with water. There are random holes everywhere in the grass, I don't know how many times I've tripped. This is the second time I have to call maintenence because my door won't lock. The screws causing the issue aren't even screwed in to anything, more

Spyglass Hill

7100 East Mississippi Avenue, Denver, CO 80224

07/16/14 by cbilligmier: This place was awesome for the most part. Never had any problems with bugs or noise like other people have stated. It IS noisy in the hallways, but once you're in your place, it's not bad at all. I did have a couple mouses come in under my front door in the winter, but that can happen anywhere, doesn't mean there is a "rodent problem." I got them out by myself, didn't more

City Square (formerly Southgate Apartments)

2330 South Kearney Street, Denver, CO 80222

09/13/14 by anonymous: I ABSOLUTELY HATE LIVING HERE!! Once my lease is up, I am OUT of here!! Although I enjoyed living here at first because of rent being so affordable, and all of the older neighbors being so kind and welcoming, I have learned to HATE it here for MANY reasons. Everyone here smokes cigarettes and/or pot. Ok, fine.. People can do whatever they want in their own living space. However, it is extremely more

Crescent at Cherry Creek

755 South Dexter Street, Denver, CO 80246

08/01/14 by anonymous: My boyfriend and I just moved in and have had a really great experience so far. Brian and Jade from the leasing office were very pleasant to work with, and we have had an equally great experience with management (Linda). Maintenance has also been quick to respond to requests. Overall, we like our new apartment and are loving the area!! What you can expect: A great location, quiet living (we live more

13500 Albrook Dr, Denver, CO 80239

10/02/14 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. I have had my apartment treated numerous times only for the problem to continue. I believe it is so bad at this point that the city of Denver should condemn in order to truly have the issue resolved. Unfortunately slumlords along with the property managers are only concerned with my lease agreement of 600 per month than making more

Santana Ridge Apartments

1355 S Galena Street, Denver, CO 80247

09/03/14 by alhawk413: Just don't live here. Multiple maintenance issues that we brought to their attention but weren't addressed until it was 'emergency' status (i.e. frozen water pipes in the vacant unit next door, bug infestations). Once in emergency status it still took multiple days to fix the issue. When you call and complain they gave bs response about how when the situation escalated, they more

Camden Belleview Station (Formerly 6515 Union Apartments)

6515 E. Union Ave., Denver, CO 80237

10/20/14 by anonymous: I have lived here for two years now and I loved it at first. It was so quiet and so well taken care of other than the fire alarm issues. The place sure has went downhill very quickly since Camden has taken over. There have been at least three managers in the past year. We even went quite a while with none and the staff changes constantly. People who are living here now are tearing this nice more
