05/07/14 by anonymous: I read another review describing the noise at this place and have to agree 100%. Kids screaming, blasting music, arguments on balconies, etc. The only good thing is the building is concrete so there is that small buffer to keep you from going totally insane. If you plan to keep a window open or your back door forget though. I don't think management is even aware or cares like the other more

06/13/14 by Sheena S: I have lived at Cierra Crest for nearly 7 years. The staff is wonderful; very friendly and professional. The pool area is AWESOME and comes complete with a nice, big grill. I have never noticed the pools or hot tub to be dirty, as one reviewer mentioned. Also, there have been some reported break-ins in the past couple of years but management immediately notifies all residents of these occurrences. more

02/13/14 by anonymous: I am a current resident and I'll make it short and sweet. Apartment is fairly nice - Paint job and repairs leave much to be desired Appliances - Ok, nothing special but adequate. Cabinets very poor quality Maintenance - Hit and miss, some of the guys are absolutely awesome and some are ridiculously incompetent Office staff - Also 50/50, some are very helpful and others I wonder more

04/06/14 by simpletenant: No different than any other large apartment community. I moved into this place with a very good attitude, but that changed on the day I signed my lease agreement. First of all, the manager lady quoted me one rental rate and even wrote it on the apartment brochure on the units that I was interested in - the brochure has the floor plans and a place to write in the rental amount - she wrote more

06/03/14 by bazinga83: This place is a hole. You can't find a cheaper three bedroom around and they know it. Parking is ridiculous. I own a midsize car and if I park between two cars (if I can even find a spot!) I can't fit out of the door. I submitted maintenance requests MULTIPLE times and never got anybody to come out. Things like broken closet doors, needing a weather strip, leaking shower door, etc. I more

04/18/14 by exemployeeofcapital: just the latest, this place is something else, looks like a junkyard around the dumpsters, the pile keeps getting bigger. check out the mail area when you visit . They are putting up isolated areas of new siding, (hopefully they will do all the building instead of an end, the siding doesn't even match the old siding(different widths) what a brilliant idea. 05/20/14 by shanesmb: After 3 years of being a tenant at Stone Mountain, and never once missing a rent payment or complaining about anything, my experience upon moving out was HORRIBLE!! I got charged for everything and anything under the sun, the only thing they left off was 'the privilege to breath our air fee'.... Of course I never knew about the final bill until a collection agency sent me a bill and more

05/17/14 by anonymous: I have lived here almost a year and we have experienced problem after problem. First, we were not able to see our 3 bedroom apartment before signing our lease and moving in because it was not ready. We were shown a two bedroom updated apartment instead. We were told that the bedroom sizes would be the same and that we would have the updated floors and appliances. That was a lie, our apartment was more

12/23/13 by anonymous: This place is way too expensive for what you get! Like the other reviews, this place is NOISY! OMG whenever someone walks down the hall, you hear every step. The carpet in the hallway makes you feel like you are in a convention center! Remove the carpet and paint the cement floors underneath. It will be much more quiet. What is with the old fashioned access key to get from the garage to more
