Cierra Crest

4500 S Monaco St, Denver, CO 80237

06/13/14 by Sheena S: I have lived at Cierra Crest for nearly 7 years. The staff is wonderful; very friendly and professional. The pool area is AWESOME and comes complete with a nice, big grill. I have never noticed the pools or hot tub to be dirty, as one reviewer mentioned. Also, there have been some reported break-ins in the past couple of years but management immediately notifies all residents of these occurrences. more

Hawthorne Hills Apartments

11801 York St, Denver, CO 80233

08/26/14 by anonymous: Hello, I have lived at Hawthorn Hill for about a year now. When I moved in there were a few things wrong with my apartment, I reported the problem and they were quickly taken care of. They upgraded my floor put in a new cabinet, whatever I needed. I feel that my concerns were taking seriously and that the properly staff bent over backwards for me. Trish, Amanda and Rainy have been nothing but more

Stone Mountain Apartments

11625 Community Center Drive, Denver, CO 80233

05/20/14 by shanesmb: After 3 years of being a tenant at Stone Mountain, and never once missing a rent payment or complaining about anything, my experience upon moving out was HORRIBLE!! I got charged for everything and anything under the sun, the only thing they left off was 'the privilege to breath our air fee'.... Of course I never knew about the final bill until a collection agency sent me a bill and more

Alta Springs (formerly Vassar Place)

9888 East Vassar Drive, Denver, CO 80231

07/10/14 by anonymous: I currently live in Alta springs now. After living here for a few months my opinion has drastically changed. When I first moved in I loved it! Nice apartments nice people etc. Now it's gotten to the point where MUSIC is not allowed, MAINTENANCE is not respectable and the FRONT DESK is extremely rude. There is a number to call for the maintenance people when you have issues with anything. more

Hunters Run

7777 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80231

06/03/14 by bazinga83: This place is a hole. You can't find a cheaper three bedroom around and they know it. Parking is ridiculous. I own a midsize car and if I park between two cars (if I can even find a spot!) I can't fit out of the door. I submitted maintenance requests MULTIPLE times and never got anybody to come out. Things like broken closet doors, needing a weather strip, leaking shower door, etc. I more

Hampden Heights (formerly Lodge)

8405 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231

09/09/14 by anonymous: I don't recommend living here.. the sidewalks are terrible. They're cracked and when it rains, they're just filled with water. There are random holes everywhere in the grass, I don't know how many times I've tripped. This is the second time I have to call maintenence because my door won't lock. The screws causing the issue aren't even screwed in to anything, more

City Square (formerly Southgate Apartments)

2330 South Kearney Street, Denver, CO 80222

09/13/14 by anonymous: I ABSOLUTELY HATE LIVING HERE!! Once my lease is up, I am OUT of here!! Although I enjoyed living here at first because of rent being so affordable, and all of the older neighbors being so kind and welcoming, I have learned to HATE it here for MANY reasons. Everyone here smokes cigarettes and/or pot. Ok, fine.. People can do whatever they want in their own living space. However, it is extremely more

Spyglass Hill

7100 East Mississippi Avenue, Denver, CO 80224

07/16/14 by cbilligmier: This place was awesome for the most part. Never had any problems with bugs or noise like other people have stated. It IS noisy in the hallways, but once you're in your place, it's not bad at all. I did have a couple mouses come in under my front door in the winter, but that can happen anywhere, doesn't mean there is a "rodent problem." I got them out by myself, didn't more

Torrey Pines (formerly Emerald Valley Townhomes)

7575 East Arkansas Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

07/14/14 by shesquatsbro39: The community looks nice overall and they have reasonable breed restrictions on dogs, which is the main reason I chose to live here, but they nickel and dime you at every corner. Monthly utilities include things such as pest control, trash pick up, landscaping etc etc etc which already adds up to about 70 bucks, with water and gas on top of that and then whatever other bills (electric, cable, more

Camden Belleview Station (Formerly 6515 Union Apartments)

6515 E. Union Ave., Denver, CO 80237

08/27/14 by Farisalialj: I am living here at Camden almost one year and I have my things to say. First the alarm was a serious problem it turns on anytime like while you sleeping you studying and they always said the going to fix it but they don't at least for a long time. However I was out of the country for 2 months so I paid the rent online and their system said the payment has been submitted successfully, after more
