My husband and I lived at Gateway Park for 2 1/2 years. When we moved in the staff was so nice and friendly. If you had a question they would know the answer. They were actually your friends. Now, with all the staff changes the left and doesn't know what the right hand is doing.. We went to a month to month lease and were told we had to sign a lease. We went in to sign it and was told that one of the leasing agents took it home with her. The manager couldn't find it. That made us very nervous. Finally, when it was "found." We were told we didn't have to sign anything for a month to month. Then after that we kept receiving notices that we owed them money for rent. Our information, for 3 months, was never entered into their system. Finally, the last time we paid them we gave them a break down with the check. Pretty sad!! We've, thankfully, moved out and we just received our closeout sheet and they said we owe them money, yet they don't even show the check we paid them. I would not recommend this place at all. We ended up calling one of the agents who is not at another location to give us some pointers.. And the manager is so rude. Her customer service skills are terrible. We've had mail stolen from our box. The security is bad. What ever you do run far away from Gateway Park. It's a hole!!
