Not too bad, could be worse

The best thing about this property is the lake, especially if you love wildlife. I have seen bald eagles, turtles, white pelicans, red foxes, snowy egrets, great blue herons, coyotes, jackrabbits and many types of birds. But with geese comes poop, so there is that problem. Also mud swallows build their nests outside your door and it's illegal to remove the nest. So enjoy the babies and all their droppings or find a new place to stay!
Parking is horrible, so if you can't get a garage you will be walking far or getting tickets. There are no assigned spots.
The appearance is pretty nice, but people litter a lot around here and the dumpsters are always overflowing.
It is in walking distance to some nice restaurants and there are walking paths to get to them and a nice path circles the lake, appx 1.5 miles.
They go through maintenance staff pretty frequently, and the current boss John is pretty lazy. Our air conditioning went out in over 90 degree weather and it took a few calls to get him to come fix it. He said he fixed it but said if it breaks again he'll fix it the proper way but doesn't have the time to do it right now.
Overall it's a decent place to live, so close to Aurora it could be a lot worse.
