Complex looked very nice at first and was very convenient to work. However, since then, more issues have come to light. First, one night, we started hearing a very loud buzzing coming from one of our walls. It made it very hard to sleep. I determined myself it was because the florescent bulb had gone bad in a security light outside, but it took a week for maintenance to fix it after multiple calls. Second, the crime rate here is much worse than it looks. Our own car was vandalized and there is always notices in our mail about break-ins and stolen vehicles. Third, there is no parking whatsoever after 9 o'clock and sometimes we have had to park outside the gate (which only works 50% of the time) at the clubhouse. Last, it seems the management is always trying to nickel and dime the residents by tacking on extra fees to things and rent has gone up over $100 in the last 6 months. The actual apartments are nice and seem well built, but community problems drastically reduce the appeal of the apartment community.
