DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have lived here for 7 months. The first day I had noticed my refrigerator made a LOUD noise, so loud that I could hear it in the bedroom with the door closed! I contacted the office and they said they would send someone up the next day. They did come but told me there was nothing wrong with it. I called again they said the same thing, and then management changed. I was hoping for some help from the new management but after 4 phone calls they still have not been up here to fix my refrigerator:(
Other then that my apartment has been ok, and no bugs like the other tenants, Thank God.
The property is gross! The garbage this morning was overflowing and people started throwing their trash on the walkway to the dumpster. The geese are SO loud (if you live near the lake) and there is poop everywhere!
Cars do get broken into.....but we live by Montbello and if you choose to live here then you have to take living by that neighborhood into consideration an not live here.
The leasing consultants have all changed and are a bunch of -------s! Everytime I complain they give me attitude and say they will get maintenance up there ASAP. Hmmm...they still haven't been here'''
Overall I will definitely move at the end of my year lease! I didn't want to move but with my extremely loud refrigerator that keeps me awake at night I just can't live here anymore.
My advice to anyone looking at this property is to try to check out the apartment they have for rent, look at crime statistics for the neighborhood, and get a garage or best yet DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Oh Yeah one more thing....you have to pay ALL utilities, which includes water, sewer, trash, some service fee'''

My family as well continues to have issues as well. Go to the agencies that are able to order the management to correct the health and safety issues of tenants regardless of whether you stay or go. We recently spoke to the City of Westminster who stated that they have been trying for months to schedule some manner of inspection and AMLI continues to reschedule or ignore. When these units were build, they had to give the copies of plans and covenants which included safe private tenant parking provisions that were free.....AMLI has since changed the original covenants/rules/plans that would not have been approved had the City and or County known that parking rules would change. By law "by-laws" and covenants were approved to create and insure that the tenants safety was the responsibility of AMLI not the Cities or townships the tenants live in for it is not the responsiblity nor the right of the City or County to ticket tenants for parking AMLI states is illegal when by LAW it is not. IF ANYONE, I MEAN ANYONE IS TICKETED FOR PARKING IN WHAT AMLI STATES IS "NO PARKING" HOWEVER NOT MARKED AND PAINTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY, IT IS NOT LEGAL. You see most just pay it due to the Government Agent who placed the ticket on a vehicle in a private parking area that is not designated by law to be a "NO PARKING" zone by law....AMLI thinks that if they allow law enforcement to live in their homes for free, they receive "bias" free illegal law enforcement, i.e. a government agent on time and salary by the city, county or state. Parking in AMLI is not their jurisdiction period ended. If they are working for AMLI as a "security guard", they must do so on their own time, out of uniform and without their government vehicle. They only have jurisdiction over criminal or possible criminal matters, not parking, walking etc. Call you locate law enforcement Chief Officers and Offices to inform them as to what their officers are doing. Also contact their planning departments and those who supervise the policies of the city, let them know that AMLI has altered their orginal approvals plans and provisions that allowed them to build and lease to tenants of AMLI against their Health and Safety.
