The Acacia is a great first time apt. in denver. We lived there for a year and half and kept the place really clean and cleaned alot when we finally moved out for 13 days straight. The management is bad about fixing things pemanantly but will do a quick fix of a problem at their own pace, no matter how urgent. In the end these people just want your deposit and will find a way to keep most of it.

What does this mean "We lived there for a year and half and kept the place really clean and cleaned alot when we finally moved out for 13 days straight."? Did it take you 13 days to move out, or 13 days to clean? Cleaning for 13 days after a tenancy of "a year and a half" doesn't make sense, in light of the whole statement. Most young people just starting out in the rental market do not understand how much damage can be done to a newly remodeled apartment by neglecting to clean over an extended period, and most folks don't like to see their deposit applied towards these damages.
