One word.... DORMITORY!!!

This place started out great last summer (2005) when it first re-opened... but then a whole bunch of obnoxiously loud young students moved in and have completely TRASHED the place!! Every weekend I go out in the hall to find empty beer bottles, trash, broken glass from the fire hose box, busted/missing elevator security boxes, etc... what the hell's the deal with all the vandals that visit/live in this place'!'!
Bet your bottom dollar I am OUT of this place as soon as my lease is up - this place will be section 8 in less than a year at this pace! Maintenance is great, but simply can't keep up with the vandals!
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to live across the street in Stapleton!
