I was excited when I first signed my lease. After moving in I had friends admire the club house and the pool toys saying how nice everything was. At the time I remarked that it was all still brand new and that the true test would be to see how everything looked in 2 years. Well it has only taken 4 months and I already know exactly what that place is going to look like in 2 years. It seems like the just wanted to stock that place as fast as possible, not caring who the put in. One problem is that it is SOOO affordable that anybody can live there. Let me tell you, if you are not a student at the college down the street DO NOT MOVE IN! Parties run every Friday and Saturday night, if you are lucky enough to have neighbors who settle down after the weekend. I come home from work late at night and there always seems to be a large group of people standing on their balconys drinking and carrying on. This also happens in the hallways where sound travels well.
The people there are just rude. There is always broken glass and trash in the hallway. People clean out their cars in the parking lot, throwing the trash onto the ground. For 4 days in a row somebody has spilled a drink of some sort in the elevator and now the tile is coming up. Also the favorite past time of one of the residents is to kick the elevator door and you can always see footprints, sometimes all the way as high as your head and the door hardly opens.
Other residents have also had the same complaints to me as well as complaints about the lawn and all of the dog mess which residents refuse to clean up.
For the most part I think the staff has done a good job of trying to keep up on this stuff. Trash is usually cleared away in the morning etc, but I was really disappointed to find out who I was sharing the complex with. I often refer to the other tenants as animals, which is probably to polite of a discription. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
