I have been living at Aero Flats since they first opened up. I don't understand these people that are writing all these horrible things about this community. I have really enjoyed living here. Granted they were in construction when I moved in and everything wasn't done yet, but I have seen Aero Flats grow extensively. The clubhouse kicks butt!! They have free internet, a movie theater, and a pool table that I use all the time. The staff always makes me feel more than welcomed when I am in the clubhouse. I haven't had a lot of out of the ordinary problems in my apartment since I have been here either. You need to understand that it is an apartment. I repeat an apartment...not a house. You have to expect to hear your neighbors, their pets, and their guests. If someone ever gets too loud I just contact the office or the officer that is around in the evenings. Also, expect that every so often you may need to put in a work order to get things fixed. The ladies in the office are always more than happy to accomodate my needs. Some people, it seems, expect too much out of an apartment. But all in all, I love Aero Flats and I don't plan on moving out anytime soon.

Dont you just love when management writes a fake review to counter all the truthful ones? This review sounds like an add on rent.com or some thing... I have recieved plunty of emails from managemment to know how they write... And well should i go on! Come on guys this is so childish!

Funny... last Thursday evening I was walking by the office and through the window I saw about 3 or 4 office ladies standing around a computer smiling and laughing... this posting sure does look suspicious, considering everyone who REALLY lives here hates these apartments and can't wait to move out...

I'm telling you get an attorney and get out. That is what we had to do. I was so sick of living in sewage waste, the constant noise, etc. I hear management has changed and it has gotten better since this past summer, but I think the place just stinks. Yes, I can tell the GOOD things about Aero Flats were written by management!

Actually I left the original message and I don't work here. I am in real estate and I suppose that is why I was mistaken as an employee. I have dealt with many different types of real estate transactions and am familiar with the jargon. I can only reiterate what I previously wrote. This community is progressing by leaps and bounds.
