When I first spotted this place I was extremely excited. Very urban industrial look at a decent price. Boy was I wrong. I really want to like this place but I am moving out as soon as my lease ends which is not soon enough. I've read through the other comments that are bad and they are right on key.
-Water is either turned off or cold - can't tell you how many times I put soap on my hands to turn on the faucet and nothing comes out and without warning from the office.
-Heat in my main room works but no heat in the bedroom.
-Hotter than hell in the summer even with an air conditioning unit
-Leaky windows
-Power surges all the time or no power at all
-no access to the parking garage other than the elevator and the elevator always seems to be broken
-loud, obnoxious college students with absolutely no respect for other people
-it's an apartment not a dorm
-dog piss and poop in the hallways
-trash, stale beer smells, and puke on the weekends
Just to name a few.
I am an adult trying to make a living and enjoy my home and with all of the issues Aeroflats won't address I would absolutely never recommend this complex to anyone unless you are a disrespectful college age student that wants to live in a dorm off campus.
