Although the apartments are beautiful and the staff is helpful, the apartments themselves have serious problems.
During the winter months, my heat was constantly going out (the apartment once got down to 50 degrees with the power out during a cold snap!) and now that it's summer, I can't keep the place cool to save my life.
The grounds are fairly nice, but they *never* replace the bags in the dog curbing boxes.
In two months there have been no bags, so there's a lot of crap on the lawns.
In addition to that, the vast majority of the neighbors are frat boys, so the noises and smells are nearly unbearable.
As soon as my lease ends, I'm out of there!
