I don't live here, but my friend does. I stayed with him when my apartment flooded at my complex, and I have picked my new place here since my lease was up at the last place.
The apartments are nice, especially considering how they used to be before these guys bought it (I had an uncle who used to live here and I was afraid to visit back then)
I have heard some stuff while staying with my friend, but mostly just when people have their patio doors open. It is about thirty years old, but refinished, so I expect I'll hear some things.
This one person mentioned break ins. I had the police dpeartment pull a report before applying (like I did when I lived up north) and there was no mention whatsoever of apartment break ins, so maybe they are hearing things go through the rumor mill'
Anyway, the staff has been really nice and helpful- a huge change from where I am now. I was reading this page because I actually posted on my current apartment places site, and kind of laughed at the postings.
Notice that the people who badmouth never put their names' I have to admit, I did not either at mine :)
But, just food for thought, if management supposedly wrote every one that is nice, don't you think they'd have scored themselves higher on all categories' Just a thought, as I said.
Anyway, I am looking forward to living at Aeroflats. They threw this great gambling night. My friend won money off rent, and they had good food. It was a blast and I'll definitely be at the next one.
Even though I don't live here yet, they welcomed me, and when some guy came in steaming mad about having his id checked before being let into his place. The one lady handled it very well and the guy was totally shaking hands with the security officer.
I would hope, personnally that they would check someone's id before letting him into my place.
Well, that's my two cents. Tske it or leave it, but I am very impressed so far with the service I have gotten.

My nieghbor got his apartment broken into. And it took about a month for maintenance to completely fix and paint the new door. And knowing how crappy that management team was during that time, they probably charged the poor sap for a new door.
