Looks good from the outside and first impression, but sign your lease and find out the rest!

1. Bad water temp. cold to hot
2. Air conditioning does not cool down a
900 SQ Ft place.
3. Noise lever of others is bad especially
on the weekends.
4. Ittatating dogs barking while out on
the balcony all day or at night when
resident isn't home.
5. Washer & dryer are so small you have to
do twice as many loads.
6. Constant problems with the heat and
broken pipes.
7. The comples is not ventalated well at
all.
8. The secutity keys work on and off for
the entrance to the building and
parking gates. If you are lucky you
get a good one.
9. It reminds me of college dorms where
people don't respect their own property.
10. If you have Cingular for your cell
phone you don't get cell coverage.
11. Oven temp is never the same. No vent
to the outside over your stove so the
smell of your cooking lingers in the
apartment.
12. Don't ever let your kids on the
courtyard grass area because of all
the dog stuff all over.

13. Not a place that is child friendly no
playgrounds

Why put your name down on something like this'' This is for other peoples benefit to reccomend this facility or not. One would hope that Aero flats looks to see what people are saying to try to improve. The staff know what is true and what is not. I would not reccomend this facility unless you are in college looking for a fun time and a place to meet other young folks.

OH YA people always ding your car because the parking spaces are to small and odd sizes! Fire alarm gose off pretty often also.
