This community has become really great over the last months.
We were one of the first people to move in, and they were still renovating the building.
We went through a short period of water heater, pool and other things being worked on.
We have only had one problem which we needed to cal maitnence; theu came the next day and fixed it right away.
The bulding occasionaly has graffitti which usually disappears in a few day.
It can get noisy when school stars (college down the street) but if you are IN your apartment you can't hear what else is going on.
The grounds are beuiful and the leasing staff are great.
They are friendly and helpful and genuinly interested in you and your life.
The building are parking are key controlled, and as long as you understand how to use your key, you can always get in and keep others out.
All in all, I would recomend this place.
In fact, I have and 2 of my friends/co-workers now live here!

You are seriously joking right??? I lived there and everything you are saying is a lie! It is loud, when you are in your apartment you can hear people outside walking by, it is a nice dorm with working people mixed in. Unless you are in college and like to party don't sign the lease!!!!!! The heat and air conditioning SUCK! your one airconditioner can't cool 2 dedrooms and barely one. When you want the heat on it takes for ever to get to the temp you want. The grounds are nothing nice at all. The keyless gates and elevator are a joke! Half the time it doesn't work. Keeping people out is also a lie anyone can get in if they want. Security in the evenings sits in the little office and waits for people to call to complain instead of being preventitave. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
