This place is in the ghetto, and it shows. The pictures of the updated buildings can be deceiving. My shower water goes from EXTREME hot to EXTREME cold throughout the entire shower. The people who work in the front office were very snooty. Parking has become questionable. The in-building neighbors were quiet enough, it was the people outside on the street who would keep me up all night. The "security gate" took several months to repair. It isn't hell, it just isn't worth the hassle.
