This place is in the ghetto and now they rent to some of the most ghetto people...If you like thugs, gangsters, and criminals then this is the place for you..It is low income people that live in the renovated ghetto..Nothing ever works like it should..When the gate stops working it takes days to fix..Half the time your passcode for the security gate doesn't even work..They boast security, but the reality is that the security is useless..Hard to be efffective when you dont ever leave the office..If they want to send e-mails all night they should stay at home..BEWARE

Seriously - where are you living? Are we at the same place? I'm on my second lease here, as with several people that I've seen around the complex... Yes, the surrounding area is a little shady (Montview is DEFINITELY the border for the Stapleton redevelopment area), but I've never had any problems here - I had a maintenance issue once after office hours and they came right out within 1/2 hour and stayed a couple of hours until it was taken care of... I don't have any complaints about this place. The rent is VERY comparable to other places in the area considering the amenities that we have available to us here.

I'm with the person who originally posted. The gates are always breaking down. We've had packages stolen. The rent is comparable, yes, but the quality is not.

Since I moved back to Denver, this is one of the better residences I've checked out. When I first moved in there were problems with car alarms bein set to sensitive, but that has been taken care of. As far as the gate, maybe your transponder isn't working...I've traded mine in and it works fine. I have seen kids playing near the gate at all times, and maybe the sensor was knocked around. If you are having problems, then I suggest you break your lease and get out.

I agree with the person who originally posted this response. The gates are junk! Not only do they not work half the time, and yes I have got 2 new transponders already, but the useless, toothless security guard comes after you if you follow another car into the damn complex. They also want to fine us for wanting to get into our apartment if we use certain doors. Are you kidding me? I pay rent to enter where and whenever I want, not to be restricted to only 1 or 2 entrances that are on the opposite ends of my apartment.
