It took me a couple times over a couple months to decide to move in here. Stephanie and her staff, make Aero Flats a great place to live. When I need something repaired, the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. When I walk into the office, the staff is great and friendly and always willing to talk.

I started out renting a 2bed, 2 bath and decided to downgrade to a 1 bed 1 bath, everyone was excellent in helping me with the transition.

You won't find a better staff to work with.

I remember Stephanie! She was the most unhelpful and insulting person I've ever had at an apartment complex. When I came to her with a legitimate problem about the parking situation, she asked me if I had ever lived in an apartment before, like I was an idiot or not a whiny small child. About 75% of the time I went into the office - either to pay rent or whatever - I had to wait. I once watched a resident ask to UPGRADE from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and those "courteous" and "helpful" office people told him he would have to pay quite a bit of money to break his lease. Maintenance was a joke too - parking gates and elevators broke down all the time. This post is all lies.
