Do yourself a favor and avoid living at Aero Flats. It looks nice inside and outside but it is a waste of money. They charge way to much to live there. I only stayed because i was deperate for a place. They never once plowed the above ground parking lots. Then they threatened to tow cars for parking in the underground lots. About once a month they would turn off the hot water for about 4 hours to fix the boilers. The hallways are dirty, the elevators don't always work, and the gates to the parking lots would not open sometimes. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
