I came here over a year ago and found the staff to be great. My apartment was all they said it would be. I travel a bit and I sold my condo. It s a great place, yea like every where you live own or rent you have people who do dumb things. A guy down the hall complained about his ac it was cold when I felt it but its not "central air" but her dosent pay for central air. They did plow I was talking to the maintance guy "thousands" of dollars were spent like they can do much more. I saw trucks all the time here. I saw someone from down my hall with a light in his hand when he got off the elevator. he cant use it any where else it wont fit. We have to respect where we live and work together so everthing we saw when we toured can be our reality. The staff have always called me back and fixed my minor things. I have a great gym movie room pool computers all this stuff I can use when ever I want. i had a knock on my door the other night My radio was too loud "My bad" but I would rather have the knock then piss people off all night. He is here to try to prevent stupid people from letting friends or themselves from doing dumb things he cant always. I didnt have any at my condo looking out for me but I do here. I like it and most people I talk to feel the same.

Wow does this reviewer possibly work for carmel management??HMMMMMM? I can't imagine anyone defending another persons horrible experience in an apartment complex unless they were getting paid to.
