Not bad at all..

I'm starting my second year here because The first was great.
Like ALL apartments (I've lived in many) there are things that break and there are annoying neighbors.
If you can't handle that, move back in with your parents or buy a house.
The maintenance is great here, they always fix my apartment within the day.
I put in a work order before I go to work and it's fixed when I get home (plus they usually replace bulbs and other minor details without your asking).
I had to get my bathtub resurfaced through a third party company, and they sucked because of scheduling differences and mistakes, but that's not Aero's fault.
In fact, I've never even had any real problems with any neighbors here, and I'm a light sleeper.
The only annoyances I have are the parking-entrance gates.
They only work half the time with my gate opener, the other half I have to wait for someone else to come along and open it.
That, or it's opening and closing all night making noise.
If they could get that fixed it would make a lot of difference.
Appliances are all brand new or fairly new and the price is very competitive with other apartment complexes that offer the same amenities.
It IS more expensive than other places around that location because those places are all crap.
But, the neighborhood is getting better with the redevelopment of Stapleton and Colfax, and it's the perfect place for folks with dogs.
If you don't like dogs, don't rent here.
