I'm writing this after i moved out of aero flats, and moved into a real apartment. The contrast in a properties is huge. Lets just start by saying Aero flats offers nothing but trouble and crap apartments. The renovation Carmel has done on this property is pleasent to the eye, but lacks quality and workmanship. Management couldnt give a ---- less about you or your quality of life while living here.. STAY AWAY there are plunty of other apartments in denver and stapleton in the same price range that will treat you like a human and that really care about you.

I don't know who you think you are or where you are living...did you ever think that YOU were the problem with YOUR quality of living? I never had a problem while living there. The staff was impecable, caring and down right responsive to all needs of every resident!!!!! I would still be living there if my job and family hadn't taken me from here! Evidentally, you wouldn't know a good apartment complex or staff if one hit you upside your head!!!!

I hve nothing but a great responce from the team in the office. They are human and I understand if the dropped the ball on something, but they havent to me or my friends. I do wish the ac worked better but in this heat I cant blame them I choose a place with out central air. It is normally great but I choose the $ I was saving and My fiend live across the street in his $500k home with his $200 utility bill each month. I like it here and thank the staff for tring to make it the best place they can. Most problems I have had are the people who think they own the place and can do what they want.

To the original poster - you're dead on. This place is loud, loud, loud. Dogs barking, people yelling, partiers partying! This place sucks. To "msinger30" - you either work for Aero Flats or you're totally deaf! So defending this paper-walled, animal-feces kegger of an apartment complex shows you have no sense whatsoever of "quality" living!
