The leasing staff is useless and are inconsistant. They will do what it takes to rip their tenants off. They will tell you one thing and deny it the next day. They blame and accuse the tenants for everything. To cover their lies, they will turn it on the tenants and say that you did/did not do this and did/did not do that. The elevators smell like dog poop, urine, and human body odor. You get harrassed by the security and the leasing office. The parking situation is horrible. Aeroflats is unprofessional. They do not have a practice that is efficient. Apparently, they like to accuse tenants of issues when the tenants have been out of town on business during the time of the events. The details in the renovation of the apartments are horrible. Request for any maintenance is inadequte. The sale points of the lease were all misleading. The leasing office is suppose to be there to assist their tenants. Instead, they are not knowledgable with their information and are not effective in their practices. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM LIVING THERE!

You may not have had a problem, but many other people have. Many of the tenants have been harrassed by the security staff. Parking distance is not the problem. There is no reason to be rude in your response to my post. I am sharing my thoughts on a group and not a particular person. But thank you for your response.

Just reading throught all the posts, in response to everyone's issues with security staff being rude, just tell the office anytime you have a bad experience with. There used to be another security company which had some pretty rude people, and once enough people told the office about the complaints they got rid of them and hired a new company. Hope this helps...

In response to AEROFLATS - when I was there, I never had a problem with the current security staff, as a matter of fact they were very helpful when my transmission went out while I was backing out of a spot underground. As far a berating the entire complex and staff, why don't you talk with Stephanie or Elvia or Ian. They are the best staff to voice your complaints to. You shouldn't use this site to belittle an entire company over 1 aspect of the place.
