Aero Flats definitely has a beautiful lobby, however, that is about it. The apartments are old and were refurbished very cheap. The cabinents in the kitchen and bathrooms are broken. The tile floor in the bathroom is coming up. If you are looking for a cool apartment during summer, this is not the best choice for you. The tiny "window rattler" does not provide nearly enough cool air for the apartment. My car has been damaged several times in the parking lot.

Before I go off on my "soapbox" How did the cabinets break? Mine were never broken, nor were anyone elses that I was ever aware of. And if they were broken, did you have Stephanie or anyone else in the office come up and check them out? As far as the so called, "window rattler" where the hell are you living? The units have the best a/c unit for the apartment...I had a 2 bedroom apartment and I even had the evening sun coming thru and the "window rattler" that you so elequently put it, more than kept my apartment cool. And for your car, where did you park? At the Stapleton Airport parking? Again, did you mention any of this to the staff? I think you should move back home with you parents, and when you grow up and can handle things on your own, then look for an apartment!!!!!

Hot as hell for the summer of 2007. Reported it and installation of an older unit that would not "cut off and on"..still beastly hot...staff had a little sympathy but no solution..no a/c could be put into window because of the apperance?? Had to buy many fans,too. Stay way .....not as it seems...
