Where to start.....Do you want to pay for a gated community and have the gate either frozen open or locked shut for half of the winter. Do you love to take cold showers or have the hot water go out in the middle of yours'' Do want your car plus at least five of your neighbors to be broken into or vandelized'' Do you want your visitors cars towed if they park in the "secure gated area'" Or do you simply want your visitors to park their cars on a street in east Denver' Do you want to deal with a completely useless staff of untrained and uninformed office minions' Do you want to see your apartment fall apart before your eyes...i.e. kitchen cabinets, faucets, heater' Do you think that everyones water, heat, and gas should be split by the community no matter what you used' If you answered No to any of these DO NOT MOVE here or you will be counting down the days until your lease is up.

"Do you want to deal with a completely useless staff of untrained and uninformed office minions" I don't think its the staff thats the problem, Did you read your lease agreement? I just moved in 4 months ago, and everything that you're complaining about was explained to me, and re iterated to me over and over. Maybe you should ask for a copy of your lease agreement, and read it! YOU LIVE IN A REFURBISHED APARTMENT COMMUNITY, Please tell me where you can move and never have a problem, did you go with out things so they could be fixed? And did you have parking permits on the vehicles towed- I think I was told not to allow people to park in the gates like 10 times when I moved in. I suggest you go buy a home, and then you can deal with all of these things on your own.

Thank you Nat. It is obvious that your complaints echo many others on this site. Due to completely rude and unprofessional responses to what sound like legitimate concerns any normal person would have with their living environment, I will not be living in this community after we looked very seriously at doing so. Thank you for the warning and I want you to know it has made a difference.

All these issues have been going on since DAY 1 after the original rennovation about 4 yrs ago. The European tin ranges have been issues since they were installed, as well as the gate and the heat/utilities problems. I moved in as one of the first original tennants, and as I read these 4 years of posts, it seems that the problems get progressivly worse. I lived here when the Corp office came in and completely changed the management staff due to obvious reasons. I guess things still haven't changed. I used to think that all apartment communities were the same, but after I moved from old Capitol Hill to Aeroflats to an apartment townhome community (Carriage Place Apts) in the heart of DTC, I have found that only this place has all the problems. I now handle real estate, and with the current market with an overabundance of available condos & townhomes, you may wish to consider buying. Your mortgage can be even lower than rent.

msinger30: I was looking at these apartments...until I read all of the posts about this place. I would have to agree with every single complaint about this place. I would not want any of these issues in the place I lived in. It sounds like you are part of the management that obviously doesn??????t live there. No random tenant would be that die hard about their apartment place to attack all the residents that are posting their own personal opinions and problems. So when you tell people (who are obviously not teenagers that have never living on their own) to go back to live with mommy and daddy, you your self need to get a life. A life that doesn??????t consist of trying to stand up for an apartment place that obviously doesn??????t take pride in itself enough to fix problems that addressed over and over by multiple residents. I understand that no apartments you live in is perfect and that nothing is going to go wrong while you live there. But, I would at lease want the management to care and attempt to fix things and make them better. I am staying clear from this apartment place due to all of the warnings given by the people that actually live there. Thanks everyone who has posted. I am sorry you have these issues in your living environment, but you saved me from having to go through the same events.

Well, Mr./Ms. Anonymous - First and foremost I am not part of the Management staff. And where the hell do you live? As I have stated in EVERY other post, I things will break...but I find it hard to believe that the staff would ever let things go and never address the issue. Half the people that are posting seem to be very childish and only have themselves to blame. I know that all places have problems and AeroFlats is by far not exempt. I have read and reread some of the posts, and not many if any ever said that they had to repeatedly ask for something to be fixed. And while I'm at it, learn how to spell!!!!!!!
