Well, Aero Flats is a horrible place to live unless you are in college. Being that I am a married young professional with no interest in keggers...it is horrible.

We moved in because the office was nice, the model was nice and there was a great leasing agent named Ian. Ian was phenomenal but the new management and staff are sub-par. If you are considering Aero Flats I hope that you will run for your life. At first glance, it's pretty snazzy but with a critical eye you can see that they have done a poor job. I guess you could say it's like they put lipstick on a pig.

The bldg. is from the 70's and all of the new features were poorly done. The building is not worth the rent and I would not be interested in living here again. Our lease is up in August, 2008 and we can not wait to get out of this hell hole.

The pool is just now done with renovations in July after a large chunk of Summer has passed. Accessing the gate has been difficult to do for a long time. Elvia and Naomi in the office seem indifferent to resident concerns and other staff seem clueless. Don't ever be late with rent either, they do nearly everything but send a hitman out for you. They call it a community and I guess that's accurate. It's a common apartment where there is very little unity. So, if you can't tell already...renting at Aero Flats is not something to do if you like peace, quiet, quality service and enjoying where you reside... Don't do it to yourself.

Aero Flats has a great location but that's about it.

Elvia is back in charge again? Oh hell no--she was one of the main management problems back when at the beginning after the "rennovation" was completed. She was one of the MANY reasons why many of us moved out, which has already been 4 yrs ago. It's interesting to see that NOTHING has changed over the years. Good luck, and GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN!

Yep, she's back in charge. I am mad at myself for getting hoodwinked by the pretty office. The former leasing ageng, Ian, was great but all the good people they had on staff have since gone. I plan to be the greatest "anti-Aero Flats" person from now on. If I see people doing tours in the building I now share my negative thoughts...mainly just to aggravate the current staff. Paying over $1000 for a crappy apartment with poor management is not acceptable. Can't wait to get out. Congrats on escaping!

I also dislike Elvia so much, and all the other staff is very unpolite and unhelpful. When I first moved there, and I had no phone, I went downstairs to the office to ask if I could borrow theirs and maybe receive a call from the people who were supposed to deliver my bed that day. They seemed bothered by my request and did not move a finger to make it easier for me. I also can't wait to move out. Don't let the model they show fool you...the rest of the building is not nearly as nice. The garage is filthy and unsafe. Too expensive for what they charge. The only perk is that it is close to Stapleton (not in it per se).
