My son is a college student from the east coast. He selected Aero Flats based on a web site. He moved to Denver in August 2008. In less than three weeks, his truck was broken into twice. Unfortunately, it was while it was parked in the garage of the apartment complex. My phone messages to management went unanswered until I sent a certified letter. I was interested in how Aero Flats intended to improve security. There are amenities to attract renters, like a pool, theater, and game room, but no 24 hour security, or even an adequate number of cameras. I was disappointed to learn that there would be no improvements in security because, the stated rationale was, crimes of that nature could happen anywhere. I asked what level of crime would it take for Aero Flats to be concerned, rape, armed robbery, assault' No answer was given. I found the indifference appalling. After further research, I found other disturbing apartment reviews about Aero Flats. Don't be fooled by a web site..lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend Aero Flats to anyone !
