Well, I was stoked to move in at first. The apartment itself was nice and I didn't ever have any problems with the water or any of my kitchen or bathroom stuff. However, living right above a dumpster sucks, especially when they're cleaning it and I'd constantly get an earful of vehicles coming and going from the garage. I got sick of parking under the OTHER building whenever I came home from work at 3-4AM and walking outside in the unsafe neighborhood. I worry about the mold flowing out the holes in the ceiling in the garage and the houses surrounding the building are definitely questionable.

The gym was nice though.
