I have lived here for going on 6 months and I really like it.

I was worried the underground parking would be full when I got home late at night, since I've had that problem at other apts, but there are always spots.

I am a single female and have never felt unsafe walking to and from my car at night.

Plus since u need a FOB to get in you know creepers arent able to come in.

I go to the gym and have never seen more then 2 or 3 people in there at a time so the machines are always available which is really nice.

I have only had one problem with my garbage disposal not working.

It was fixed the same day I reported it.

At first I thought no one lived on either side of me bc I never heard any noise.

But a week or two after I moved in I met them(so its very sound secure.) The pool is always a pretty nice benefit.

I've always been able to find a spot to lay out.

The only other problem I've had in the first month the elevator stopped working 3 times.

But that hasnt happened since.

The location is always great.

Its pretty close to capital hill, a 15 min.

drive to downtown, has a dog park right across the street, and Stapleton is 10 min way.

I havn't really talked to the staff besides when I moved in, but I thought they were pretty friendly.

So overall, I feel safe, my apt is super nice, its a good area and the rent is affordable.(oh and my dog likes it too)
