Now called Cloud 8 Apartments due to change in ownership. I've lived here for 18 months and have few complaints. Landlord may be a bit hesitant to dish out money for repairs, but if it needs to be fixed, it will (and in a timely manner). Parking is absolutely awful due to being essentially located on the DU campus, but you can buy parking a parking space for $50/month. Laundry located on site, $1.25/load. Apartment building itself is in nice shape and I always feel safe here. Just recently updated the windows so that helps with electricity bills. New doors also installed--definitely feel safe. Generally very clean. Walls are super thin, but you get used to it. Never had a real issue.
