I lived here for the past 6 month. It has been a wonderful place to live; the managment is fast and responsive, and the people are respectable and quiet. The views are also terrific because the building is 36 stories high, and the lowest level is 21. The club is also astounding. I have been to nearly 10 different public clubs across the U.S. and this is by far the best. The building is changing ownership though, so I'm not sure what that will mean for the future. It's currently owned by Embessy suites and i think it was sold to radison hotels. Anyways underground parking it avalaible to all and there is also a great outdoor pool and spa. Great home for the downtown life.
