The place is filthy in the corridors, lobby and outdoors. Amenities are being reduced. Loyalty to long term tenants ( year or more) is none existence, for they have reduced the rents for new tenants by 20 to 30% and they openly brag about it. Maintenance is poor with remodeling having priority for the maintenance staff. With new owners whose experience is in low rise, moderate income properties, management is trying it's best to bring this property from a B to class C; it used to be a class A, prior to the new management and owners.
Worst of all, security in a downtown highrise is minimal with reports of unaccompanied individuals given access to locked apartments.
Until new management and maybe owners arrive, stay away from this property.
