Been living here for a few months.

Front office not very polite. Had to stand around waiting almost 10 minutes a few days ago for one of them to finish up with a personal call even after she saw me. Office also fails to keep regular hours since staff shows up late and leaves early most days.

Homeless people in the "secure" lobby a couple weeks ago begging for money and then to use my shower while I was out. Yea right. Security guard was standing around corner outside smoking.

Heard about someones car getting broken into in the "secure" garage last week. Car not stolen, but items were taken. Garage doesn't enforce apartment resident only parking. Most nights there are no resident spots open after 6 and most of the cars in them do not have a permit.

Construction keeps setting off fire alarms during the day.

Could be a lot worse, but I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone I liked.
