I have lived at Denver Place for 4 months. I am amazed that people are such complainers. The painting of the building was not a surprise. In fact it was well noticed. There is a power upgrade to the building, and Excel has to shut down power. There is breakfast Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Utilities are part of the rent, as is basic cable. There is free parking, underground. As for the lease ... easy to break ... 30 days notice and 30 days buy out. Waaa Waaa Waaa. The same people complaining need to really check out rents in Downtown. Denver Place is a deal. I say move on. The place will be better without your sorry attitude.

Ooohhhhh. You've been here four whole months! I guess that makes you an expert. Try talking to some of the people that have been here for a few years. You clearly have very low expectations. Now get back to the front office and get to work.

What an assuming ASS you are! I don't work in the front office. And I have high expectations for the building I am living in. The building is delivering what was promised. Perhaps you don't understand how a building gets updated. So go ahead and double park your u-haul, and pack up. You and your attitude would not be missed.
