I just moved in at the beginning of April after searching all over the city for apartments. I couldn't be any happier with the apartments based on a number of factors including; the price, included parking, view, quality of building and construction, free breakfasts on FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!, free newspapers in the mornings, trash chute, flat fee on basic cable water sewer trash, clean main areas, high performance heating and cooling, free internet on the first floor, access to an unbelievable gym (Forza) for a discounted rate, among many other things..Service call (only 1 so far for clogged drain which was probably my fault) was completed within 24hrs at no charge. The main areas are cleaned everyday, and the leasing agents and maintenance staff are always there it seems.

The apartments are within 2 blocks of the lightrail stop, 5 blocks of the stadium, 4 blocks from LODO, 2.5 blocks to 16th street mall, close to the grocery store at 20th and park ave west, 1-25 etc. Most everything is within walking distance!

It is unbelievable that people will complain about these places. It is interesting to note that the majority of people who complain have lived in these apartments for a LONG period of time. If the place is so terrible, why don't you search for another place to live' I think the reason people complain is because they lack perspective. They have lived here so long that they think they are getting screwed for things like, lack of housekeeping, lack of free HBO, lack of free gym membership. FYI...there are no other places that offer free HBO, free housekeeping etc. All the new constructions near the ballpark are very poorly constructed with thin walls, usually don't offer included underground parking, no free breakfast or paper, and most importantly are around $300-400 more expensive. Those places sometimes have newer finishes, but they are almost all faux granite and the like! I find the most outrageous part of the complainers is that they usually are complaining while eating a FREE breakfast from Zaidys (A delicious and legitimate breakfast at that..).

The one gripe I have so far is that extra parking is difficult...but what do you expect with city living. Coming from Chicago this place is a steal! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
