I moved into Denver Place 5 months ago with a great attitude and alot of promises from the Denver Place Management "Team". I would highly recommend reading the lease here before you EVER sign. There is no commitment concerning the on going maintenance of this building. I was promised the windows would be washed the week I moved in (the unit is filled with many large windows, covered with bird poop and dirt) and it has been 5 months and several complaints later with the only response to me being " I can't believe you would want to risk my window washers life. He reports to my office daily and I have to send him home because the risk is to high because of the wind." Give me a break it hasn't been windy every day for 5 months!! Another very disgruntled tenant posted a message in the elevator stating that they have lived here 3 years and the windows have never been washed. The hot water for showering and bathing goes out often, the elevators are always broken and there is a sign in the front drive- up stating there is 15 minute parking but.... the property managers and the tenants they choose, park for 12 hour periods. BEWARE......if you are not one of the chosen your car and anyone you affiliate with will be towed away!! ALSO, THE FIREHOUSE IS ACROSS THE STREET WITH WEEKEND SIRENS EXCEEDING ONCE AN HOUR at all hours, the hot breakfast that is advertised is reminiscent of school cafeteria fare. MOST OF ALL KNOW THAT THEY HAVE NO OBLIGATIONS PER THE LEASE BUT YOU CANNOT BREAK THE LEASE DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND UNMET COMMITMENTS WITHOUT PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PENALTIES!!!

You are such a baby! Yes the windows could use a wash, yes the elevators are occasionally out. Have you ever been to ballpark lofts? Their elevators are so slow you might as well walk, and the halls are beat to ---- and smell awful(not to mention paying $300 /mo more). Fire engine sirens?? This has to be the most pathetic complaint I've heard yet! YOU LIVE DOWNTOWN SCHMUCK!!! Lastly, I'm astounded that people complain about a FREE breakfast. Enough said. Go buy your own place if this place is such a 'dump', no one wants you here.
