I moved downtown for the location and checked out several promising places to rent when I discovered the Apartments at Denver Place. The vacancy wasn't ready for me when I first moved here so I waited for it (appx 3 weeks). THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!
The staff was not only very friendly, but very helpful getting me oriented to living downtown. They were flexible in accommodating my move (using the freight elevator, set aside for limited use, including moves).
I love the fact that this place comes with great perks - cable, parking, and even breakfast on Fri-Sun. This of course, is in addition to the fact you are right downtown. I've got great views and the noise is surprisingly minimal.
All in all, I'm very comfortable with my decision to move here and feel I made the right one...
