I lived here for two years and if weren't for the unintelligent staff it might have been pretty good. They made several promises that they didn't keep and all at the expense of my bank account. One being that they reserved the moving elevator for me and then they didn't. And when I tried to move my stuff through the front door they told me I couldn't' Wasn't it THEIR fault I had to do it through the front' So I had to rent my moving truck for an extra day because THEY messed up. They promised to clean the bird poop, paint, and dirt from the windows and it took 13 MONTHS before they did. When my friend moved into the building and I was supposed to get a check for the referral they told me they would put it in my mail box. When 3 months went by and I inquired about it they informed me it was my fault...that I was supposed to remind them and then write them a rent check for the lesser ammount. And when I did that the next month they sent me a bill for that ammount plus fees!!! After showing them my copy of the referral letter that EVERYONE had signed, they then 'suddenly' remembered that I was owed that money. READ the lease before you sign. Give the 30 day notice and excercise your right to be present at the walk through. Read the reviews on other sites. I did not get my deposit back and others have not gotten theirs either. I am currently involved in a lawsuit with them and now so is my old neighbor. We are not the first. Don't let them rip you off too.

Yes, you are so right! Make absolutly sure you are with them on the final walk thru.. My apt was broom clean and I was charged over $300.00 for an excessive dirty apt. The management staff are terrible liars. You need to challenge them on everything.. Better yet, do yourself a favor and stay away.

When I moved out over a year ago, I had to threaten them with legal action to get my deposit back as well. I was able to get the entire amount back, but they went out of their way to make if difficult. I have no doubts that had I not been as persistent as I was, they would still be telling me "It'll be mailed next week".
