I have lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. The location is awesome - everything is within walking distance. The apartments themselves are pretty nice; when we moved in, everything was clean and in good shape. Our kitchen has brand new GE Stainless Steel appliances, which is a big plus. The view is amazing, with big picture windows lining the whole wall. And this is probably the quietest apartment I have ever lived in! There are a few downsides, as there are anywhere, such as slow elevators at times and difficulty finding parking for guests (but it's downtown, what do you expect'). However, all of the good far outweighed the bad and I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
