Where do I begin' No parking, maintenance staff that can't fix anything, rude and incompetent management...the place has outdated radiant (electric) heat that can't keep the place warm in the winter, and old A/C wall units that can't keep the place cool in the summer. Old wooden balconies that are falling apart, making them dangerous to stand on...if you want a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, there's nowhere to hook up a washer and dryer. The price and the location may be nice, but living here is more trouble than it's worth. When you move in, they will ell you that the carpet is brand new. When you move out, you will likely be gouged with the cost of replacing the carpet because it wasn't clean enough. Well, you can't clean cheap carpet!
