I enjoyed my stay. The 3rd floor apt. I rented faced Ulster St. and the Bar and Grill. There was live music on weekends that I really enjoyed during the warm nights.

I personally wouldn't want a 1st or 2nd floor place because of the lower ceilings. I am not big on A/C either. So if you want cool, don't go to the 3rd floor. The heat worked great in the Winter! I even had a warm floor!

I never heard a neighbor, and apparently they never heard me (subwoofer and all). I routinely asked them if we were making noise, and nobody next to or below me ever admitted to hearing a thing.

It was a bit of a hike to my garage, and took a couple of months to get a space in front of my building, but I'm not lazy. I carried quite a bit of cargo up and down those stairs, too.

I wish I could have combined the insulation of these places with an attached garage.

The staff was more than helpful. I would even stop by just to say "Hi".
