The staff is wonderful and has really helped me out since I've been at this apartment complex. In fact, the apartment managers are the greatest.

The biggest gripe I have is that the apartments are really very noisy. Most of the other tenants are friendly but are very noisy. Lots of banging around and stomping around and loud music and televisions. I think that, in the end, the noise is due to poor construction. I'd wager that when they built the apartments that they skimped on material between the walls and floors. I've lived in the inner city for years and this is the noisiest place I've EVER lived. You see the noise is not street noise, it's neighbor noise.

Other than the parking and the noise, it's really quite nice. The neighborhood is quasi-residential. The rent's not too far out. Plus, if you've got a maintenance request, by gosh they're on it immediately. No kidding. And as I mentioned the managers are really super cool.
