Reasonable rent and great location are the only reason to live here. Parking is the reason not to live here. You only get one spot and it isn't anywhere near your apartment. Also there is a very little guest parking and all this taken up by people (like myself) with more than one car. I could never hear my neighbors but could always hear people on the stairs or in the parking lot. Every single car that didn't have an alarm got broken into, but mine (which has an alarm) never did. I also lived on the ground floor and never had any problems with people trying to get into my apartment. The heat and air suck, but water and electicity are both fine. Large apartment for the money. Overall worth it for the money you pay, if you can put up with the inconviences.
