The apartments are poorly insulated and the management needs to be more selective who they rent to. I get so much noise from the apartment above me that I'm considering a move. These "neighbors" get home at 11 p.m. and continuously tromp around until who knows when. I don't sleep well with this "live" nightmare going. And they let their dog poop/pee on the deck. Wondered what the smell was until I figured it out. With the excess of work I do at work and the lack of rest I get here, maybe I'll just run away.

I'm with you on the noise. The people over us are so loud!! We hear them all night long!
